This event is not only the first international property exhibition in Bahrain but also in the entire northern gulf area. As a matter of fact, experts have been calling it the Northern Gulf’s gate to real estate. This is declared by the growing strong line-up of both new and recurring participations of real estate companies and developers which have announced their support for its next edition.
Held under the support of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Gulf Property Show 2019 will be held over the course of three sequential days in Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center. Since the moment its date has been announced, Gulf Property Show received support from multiple governmental and private-sector real estate companies.
The Gulf Property Show event is held to sell and promote products and services from local and global real estate developers, investors, service providers and some authorities.
As a step towards expanding and growing its property market, Bahrain has been hosting annual real estate exhibitions in recent years that act as a platform and a step for the major local and regional real estate companies to promote their projects and solutions directly to their targeted market audience. Gulf Property Show (GPS) is represented as the kingdom’s biggest annual real estate exhibition.
This included developers which are remodeling their partnership of the event after one or more successful participation in its previous editions, as well as several other companies that will be making its debut in Gulf Property Show on its upcoming edition. Golden Gate Towers:
A joint investment between Bahraini and Indian real estate companies, Golden Gate is a harbor residential project located at the heart of Bahrain. Considered to be the greatest residential structure in Bahrain, It consists of two twin towers, the first comprises 52 floors while the other comprises 45 floors.
Golden Gate spans a total of 140,000 square meters of built-up space, and the two towers include a total of 746 residential apartments in addition to a number of different luxurious amenities. This year witnesses the second participation of Golden Gate towers in Gulf Property Show as one of its Gold sponsors.
Edamah:
Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company, also known as Edamah, is the real estate development unit of Bahrain Mumtlakat Holding Company. The company is best known for its innovative projects and ideas.
Manara Developments:
Manara has launched some of its significant projects through the platform of Gulf Property Show over the years. This year’s edition is no difference, Manara will promote a number of its main projects including Waddi Al Riffa, Hasabi and Investment Gateway in Bahrain.
Needless to say, an event of this scale received support and care from the influential governmental real estate organizations in Bahrain. This included Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA), Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), and Urban Planning and Development Authority of Bahrain.
